At this time, I had no other choice than remove from Paypal my credit cards so no future charges can be made. Just a month later for a second time AVAST charged me again a renew fee now for a bigger amount US$89.99, I immediately opened another dispute asking Paypal to refute the charge, and once again Paypal denied my claim using the same excuse. They sent me messages trying to persuade me to renew their service, but I was not interested, somehow finally they found their way to charge my Paypal account with the renew annual fee US$49.99, I immediately opened a dispute in PayPal claiming for unauthorized charge, Paypal denied my claim saying that was not an unauthorized charge and I had a service contract with AVAST that was not properly cancelled so Paypal did cancelled such contract for me to make sure no other charge could be made from AVAST to my account. Since July 256th I cancelled my AVAST anti-virus subscription for being useless and slowing my PC instead of doing the job I was paying for. Is anybody out there having the same problem I have.
